I really want to get back in the habit of updating this regularly. The filler from Twitter (while nice to automatically keep people apprised of stuff) isn't quite the same as a genuine in-depth post.

I've got the one about Jacob's wedding (yes, from March!) almost done. A good 90-95%, I just need to finish the last part and it'll be up. I've got one in the works detailing Marci's (delfinus) visit not to long thereafter, as well. And then after that, there's a big one about the trip to Vermont. And then Nate's trip down to Orlando as well.

The problem isn't that I'm procrastinating (though I have been guilty of that from time-to-time, I admit it) but that when I'm actually inspired and get on a roll, I look at the clock and have to call it off before I'm done. Look at the time stamp on this post, for instance.

I think I might just have to get a four pack of energy drinks and spend my next pair of days off chained to the desk writing. Because once I get that series of major posts complete, I think that it'll be a lot easier to get back to the occasional "normal" every other day or so habit I had going for some time. I have the time for those (these?) but anything long and detailed like what I've got queued up now just burns up time.

Probably should be getting to bed.
